Administrative Assistant IT

 



Role and Responsibilities

The MetaCorp IT department is a centralized department supporting the various companies of MetaCorp in Aruba and Curaçao. The Administrative Assistant IT plays a key role supporting the IT department. Your responsibilities cover a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks, including procurement, contract & license management, asset & inventory management, access (card) administration, agenda & meeting administration, and tracking action items. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, communication, planning, and helping others, while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • MBO degree in a relevant discipline

  • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in an IT/technical environment

  • Pro-active, detail-oriented, and service-minded approach

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Papiamento
